The teams are linked by a Scrum-of-Scrums, where Scrum masters meet frequently in a gathering, very very like a day by day Scrum assembly. How could I have even a slight probability to manage my projects if things were planned along the way, in sprints? How would I ever be able to measure our progress, even report it to management? Would I lose the little control I had when the team turned a self-organized Scrum team?
